The Chophouse at Manchebo restaurant exudes contemporary air, and an elegant ambiance. Interior designer Rachel Bowden collaborated with Executive Chef Jeffrey Wouters, Chef Willy Sarmiento and the entire resort management staff on the fresh look and feel of Manchebo’s latest pride and joy.
Elegant dining came to Manchebo by famous hotelier Ike Cohen back in the early 70s. As the owner and developer of the Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa, mr. Cohen introduced the island to gastronomic excellence and practically invented Aruba’s culinary scene. The Chophouse at Manchebo continues this excellence with a classic presentation, cozy atmosphere, gleaming tableware, and caring, personal service.
